The Story Behind Jami Swan | Intentional Living

In 2021, the world was heavy with uncertainty, and like many, I found myself questioning everything—the systems we rely on, the way we live, and most importantly, what I truly believed. The pressures of that time sparked a shift in me, one that I never saw coming.

As I dug deeper, I began to uncover truths I couldn’t ignore—and what started as a questioning of the world around me quickly turned into a transformation of my faith, my health, my home, and my purpose.

Over the past four years, that transformation has taken root in every part of my life. I began gardening and practicing "urban homesteading", embracing self-sufficiency instead of reliance on newly discovered broken systems. I transitioned into lower-tox living, realizing how much of what we consume—both physically and spiritually—affects us. I shifted my workouts from just aesthetics to functional strength and longevity, honoring my body as God designed it. And most importantly, I came to know true faith—not through self-seeking practices, but by opening my heart to Jesus and what I was reading and learning.  Now, through Intentional Living, I’m sharing this journey with you.
